bad .... 5 ERRORS in today's order ... fries and 2 burgers were missing, 2x wrong toys. When asked if everything was complete, it was confirmed with yes. Was unfortunately not checked again. You have to get that done first. Service seemed very unstructured and it was quite a mess as if only beginners were at work.

My friend and I pre-ordered through the app. On site it was said that it doesn't work and we have to place the order again - ok, it can happen. Then it took about 5 minutes to order because the employee barely understood German and we had to show him all the dishes by picture. In the end we were supposed to pay € 4 more than in the app; the employee could neither explain nor grant us the savings mentioned there. Then we waited about 5 minutes for the food. All in all, until the food arrived it took about 10 minutes, which in my opinion is no longer fast food. In the parking lot, we checked the order due to the situation and the poor Google ratings. Instead of our McWraps scrambled eggs we had scrambled eggs with bacon and bread, instead of the white chocolate we had a dark chocolate. My friend wanted to complain about it and met the very unfriendly branch manager. "Are you coming back for this coupon promotion?" (Savings mentioned above in the app). Conversation summary: he brought the supposed McWraps to my friend, but they turned out to be McMuffins (without communicating this). But we insisted on the McWraps. According to the branch manager, an exchange was not possible as the McWraps scrambled eggs are only available until 11 a.m. We arrived at the restaurant around 10:40, it shouldn't be our fault that it was now 11 a.m. The store manager became more and more unfriendly and lastly snapped at my friend that we should either take the McMuffins or return the entire order. Since we didn't like the McMuffins, we returned the order. That was the worst, most incompetent and rude McDonalds experience we have ever had. And according to the Google reviews, this happens regularly in this restaurant. Will something be done by a higher authority?

Another wrong delivery! Incomplete and wrong, although everything was correct on the receipt and was also billed. Either drinks, sauces, side dishes and / or burgers are missing and / or the wrong item is simply packed. To date, 95% of the deliveries were wrong. You have to get that done first! Or is that method?

I had ordered from McDonald's on Eckendorfer Str. Via Lieferando. What I got there was an imposition. In addition, part of the order was completely missing. After calling them personally and complaining, I was just told that they had nothing to do with it, I had to contact Lieferando. How they have nothing to do with it ??? They didn't do their job right and just forgot parts of my order, which they also admitted. I offered the restaurant to deliver my order later, as I live in the parallel street. However, this was again refused on the grounds that they had nothing to do with it. What kind of statement? I have seldom seen such incompetent people. I actually wanted to spend a cozy evening with my partner and what do I get? Nothing. Almost 20 euros poorer, phone calls, emails and chasing after ... Thanks McDonald's. Many Thanks. Like I have nothing better to do. IF I COULD I GIVE STARS.

Twice in a row, the employees failed to completely pack my order.

We were just getting something to eat. We live less than 3 minutes away by car. The food was cold. The hash brown on the burger was like a rock. The Big Mac was simply not edible, if the cheese wasn't even a bit melted, that doesn't mean anything good. 6 he nuggets were not wrapped. That was the last time ... all I can say is avoid these McDonald’s.

The staff is friendly and the food tastes good. Never had problems with my orders so far. But the parking lot is just too small for this McDonald's to be on one of Bielefeld's main thoroughfares. Had to refrain from visiting there several times because there was simply no parking available.

Always clean, employees very friendly, attentive and helpful, especially with extra requests! Always look fun! And they are fast too ?

Super respektlos and unprofessionel. Worst service ever! Came in at 11.15 pm orderd some food, and workers started to make fun between each other that they have to make food after they have cleaned everything and they were super unfriendly. Which I find it weird because they do close at 1 am . They gave us the order really unfriendly they basically thow it to us !!! Not mention that they did not even say Bitte when we have said Dankeschön .
